GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION
Seating: There is no structured seating however, our venues have nice grassy areas make sure you bring a blanket or a chair so you can kick back, relax and enjoy. Chairs should be no taller than 32 inches from the ground to the top of the chair in order to facilitate viewing by all guests.
Concerts in the rain can be fun, but: One of the disadvantages to outdoor concerts is, of course, rain. So always be sure to have Plan B ready with umbrellas or ponchos. If the forecast really calls for bad storms, the show may even be canceled. Cancellations will be posted on our site by 2:00pm on the day of the event; make sure you check our page before heading to the concert! If a storm kicks up during a concert, the show may be postponed or canceled. NOTE: Rainouts/cancellations may result in a change of lineup.
Enjoy the sun: The sun is great at outdoor concerts. With the music making the time go fast, it is easy to forget about how long you've been out in the sun. A bit of protection is always a good idea. Another way to stay cool is with a big, floppy hat, or at least a baseball cap.
Stay hydrated: Bring water! Singing, dancing, clapping and jumping all burn calories. As with any other form of exertion, it is vital to replenish your body with water if you're out in the sun for any length of time.
Little kids love summer music concerts, too: Remember that little bodies tend to get dehydrated even quicker than older kids or adults. Remember to pack bottles or sippy cups of water or juice. Keep them nourished by carrying along baggies of their favorite snacks, cereals and fruit. A change of clothing and a jacket are also a good idea.
Parking: Free parking is available around the Green Valley Ranch Recreation Center.
